Where Minor Shifts Lead To Major Change
Hello and Welcome
Did you know that you don’t have to stay stuck? It may feel like you don’t have a choice in the matter, or that making meaningful changes in your life is beyond your ability, but I’m here to let you know that it’s not.
You may be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, angry, discouraged, or uncertain on the inside. Perhaps a relationship is strained, a habit has gained too much control or has seemingly become too powerful to manage, or perhaps life no longer feels aligned with what matters most to you.
Therapy offers a private place to understand what is happening, identify practical changes, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for help.
You May Be Here Because…
- You keep repeating a pattern you understand but cannot seem to change.
- Anger, stress, anxiety, low mood, or substance use is affecting daily life.
- Communication has broken down and your relationship feels increasingly distant.
- A loss, transition, trauma, or major decision has left you uncertain about what comes next.
- You want practical help that respects both your values and your ability to make meaningful choices.
Change rarely happens through one dramatic decision. More often, it begins with a series of small, intentional course corrections. In therapy, we will clarify where you are, identify where you want to go, and develop realistic steps that move you in that direction.
You can expect compassion without judgment, honest feedback without shame, and practical tools you can use between sessions. We will draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring the work to your needs, values, strengths, and pace.
Statement of Belief
I am a believer in and follower of Jesus Christ and I regard Scripture as authoritative in my life. My Christian faith shapes who I am and how I understand human identity, dignity, truth, responsibility, grace, and hope. For clients who want biblical counseling, I can intentionally integrate Scripture, prayer, and Christian principles into our work.
You do not need to be a Christian to work with me. Your beliefs, or lack thereof, values, and goals will be treated with dignity. Every client can expect thoughtful, ethical, clinically informed care and respect at all times.
However you got here and whatever you’re dealing with, I’m glad you stopped by. I look forward to the possibility of working with you on your life’s journey to where you want to be, but wherever you get help, I wish you well.
In His Service,
